Product Introduction
G10G-10 fiberglass epoxy resin is a non-flame-retardant version of FR-4, made from a halogen-free epoxy resin binder and a woven fiberglass substrate. It exhibits excellent electrical insulation properties and high mechanical strength under both wet and dry conditions. G-10 is easy to manufacture and is highly suitable for low-temperature and structural applications, especially when halogenated compounds are not required.
